    Hello,

    1 – The following shortcode is not working properly on my site: [single_affiliate title=”” size=””]

    Whenever I try to add this shortcode on a page, I will get an error 500.

    2 – I also imported the content of the demo 1, and the content of the affiliates shortcodes page is not displayed properly.

    Hi,

    From the documentation about the [single_affiliate title=”” size=””]

    title : The title of the Review post you want to display.
    size : The available options are small,big. The small size usually fits better in a widget area and inside a column and the big size fits better in whole content width.

    Are you sure you are using the shortcode correctly?

    2. The affiliates shortcodes page is just for reference but what do you mean it is not displaying properly? Can you send me an example?
    (I believe this is the page that you are mentioning : http://pokav2.pokatheme.com/demo1/affiliates-shortcodes/)

    Also what version of Poka v2 are you using?

    1 – Yes, I am sure to use the shortcode properly. When I installed the theme and demo, the homepage was returning a 500 error because of this specific shortcode.

    2 – Here is the affiliates-shortcodes page on my site: http://truepokies.com/affiliates-shortcodes/
    I didn’t make any changes but still the page is completely different from the one in the demo.

    The version we use is: poka-theme-v2-r2.0.3

    Note: We just installed the theme and demo, so the content is basically the one from the demo. We haven’t made many changes yet.

    Hi,

    I can’t be sure what’s wrong, all I can see is that it breaks before printing the main area.
    If you can send us an administrator wp account to check it.

    Hi,

    I’ve just realized the source of the issue.

    The shortcode [single_affiliate title=”” size=””] breaks when I put text in the affiliate field: Affiliate small info.

    Any fix?

    Hi,

    We haven’t noticed any bug in this part in any of our clients.
    The only thing I can think of is if you noticed that the bug in “Affiliate small info” maybe you left a html tag without closing it in this field and it’s causing the problem.

    Hi,

    Sorry but I can’t figure out what’s wrong from the screenshots, you can send us an admin wordpress account to check it but I believe it is some kind of problem in server configuration.
